Make a Timetable
Now you shall be thinking that, how can you make a well-managed timetable?
So first take a pen and a paper and note down the things that you have to do on the following day and the subjects that you have to study. For example, you have decided that you will study Maths, Science, and English tomorrow. And you also have to do non-study related tasks like going to the mall, grocery store, etc.
Now think of the crucial things that you have to do tomorrow and if you won't do those things then you may bear a loss. Suppose going to the grocery store is important to buy food items for yourself, then mark groceries in your timetable.
And now think of the things that are not important to do. Suppose going to the mall is not that much important. So, eliminate this from your timetable. In this manner, you can make a good timetable for yourself.

Note the time when you are going to sleep today, suppose you will sleep at 11:00 pm today and wake up after 8-9 hour at 8:00 am tomorrow.
*NOTE: Sleeping plays an important role in your studies. If you are not taking plenty of sleep then you might mess up your whole sleep schedule and won't be able to complete any of your work.

Divide these 15 hours into five parts of 3 hours in each part. In the first part study, any subject that you want, suppose you want to study English than learn English for 1 hour from 9:30 am till 10:30 am. Then take a break of one hour and refresh yourself and again come back to study from 11:30 till 12:30 pm, you have studied 2 hours in the first part.
